As a well-known company, Allstates has been one of the earliest companies took part in Insurance market. Many people have been using it for decades and considered it as an growing fastest in the country. But after the decades of growth in 1990's, it is now becoming worst and worst
Allstates used to be a very good company at House and Auto Insurance. But in the recent years, it become worst and worst.My father have been using it 26 years but until the light broke they said that they don't have the responsibility of the issue. So he switched to another company.
When accident happened, they never send staff to identify the case and then they suddenly said that not responsible.
So at the end of the contract annually, I think that you should move to another company to get better rates and customer services.
